For lasting perfect brows, the Picture Perfect Eyebrow Sealer by Lip Elegance is waterproof and non-glossy to seal brow hair, pencil, or shadow all day long. Made in the USA with all natural ingredients.
Application: Brush solution over the eyebrows using the applicator provided. Allow 30 to 40 seconds to dry. Eyebrows are now sealed and become waterproof until sealer is removed. Remove easily with any make-up remover, cleanser or simply soap and warm water.
Ingredients: SD alcohol 3C, pharmaceutical glaze, ethyl cellulose, butyl stearate, rosin, benzoin tincture, fragrance. Paraben free.
